Eternity Shawl Experience

all about? 

 
PRE-ORDER YOUR KITS NOW!!

It's a once a year event and it started with a shawl and today it has grown into to a family of patterns. Shawl, fingerless gloves, mittens and a hat … and new this year is a pillow cover and a surprise pattern. 
 
The intention behind this is to give you an experience, aproject that you enjoy over time. A project where the journey is in focus and at the end of the journey - whether it takes 4 weeks or a year or 2 - you have a beautiful shawl that will last into ... Eternity. 

We are so excited to partner with Anne this year to provide the yarn kits for our knitting community.

We have put together these kits in various colour combinations as suggested by Anne.

Kits Include: 

12 balls of Holst Super soft for the standard size and 15 balls of Holst Super soft in the larger size. Please allow minimum six weeks for shipping.

 

*Mouflan is a substitute for Pale Oak, which is a discontinued color.
**Candy Floss is a substitute for Rosebud (used by Anne), which is not an available color.


Kit Details:

  • Original yarn is 27 stitches per 10 cm / 4 in yarn … or fingering yarn if you like.
  • Needles: 3.0 mm/ 2 US
  • Number of colors: 7
  • Knitted in the round and steeked - keep on reading and see how you can fix that steeking (and if you are new to this, steeking means to cut open in the knitting language)!
  • Size: approximately 180-200 cm / 6-7 feet long and approx 75 cm /2.5 feet wide (can easily be adapted to any size you want)
  • Original yarn: Supersoft from Holst or Supersoft from Knoll (they are the same but branded differently)
  • Yarn required of original yarn: 12 balls for the shortest version and 15 for the longest.

 

Hand wash, lay flat to dry.
